Shipping policy

The Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: 

Average shipping time is 2-3 days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.A.

Orders placed before 12:00pm (PST) are typically shipped same day. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. 

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
